Not ignorant? Okay. What's the square root of pi? What was the first habitually bipedal hominid? How does sexual selection effect the physical appearence of the male African lion? Why do dolphins have hip bones?
A child could answer these questions. As a child, I could have answered at least half of these. But I bet YOU can't. I bet you don't even know what some of the words I use mean, which would be okay, if you guys were much, much younger than me. But you're not, unless you're lying about your ages.
My suggestion: Get off the computer, and go to the library right now. Its never too late to learn.

First habitually bipedal hominid: anything to do with humans like that, don't care. actually, it was probably homo erectus, but i'm not sure.
Next one: don't care
Dolphins have hip bones because they were once land animals and then adapted to water and they have now almost completely lost their traces to the land, but they still have hips and fingers.
