About a week back I went to hear a WW2 hero talk at my town's auditorium. After that, I bought his book and had it autographed. I read his book and there was a line in it that I noticed myself: "The bullet, the shot, the blast as we may call it is not truly 'Directed.' It not a 'bullet,' or a 'shot.' It is 'To whom it may concern.' Whether it is a soldier, a commander, or an unarmed medical corpsman, 'To whom it may concern' could hit any of them.
