this has been annoying me for some time now... why is it that all alien species' (Andalites, Yeerks, etc.) are Proper nouns and humans arent? its weird...

They aren't pronouns. The Andalite, the Yeerk, the Hork-Bajir, the Taxxon, etc.

I don't get what you mean. What do you mean by "pronouns"? Like I, you, he, she, it, we, you, they and me, you, him, her, it, us, you, them?
