One willing fighter is worth more than ten pressed soldiers, as the saying goes. Willing to fight, good. But willing to die? Never. You must never be willing to fight and die. If you are able to resign yourself to the fact of death, then you will not be such an effective fighter. You won't fight hard enough if you fight to die.

Sorry to waffle on like that, but no-one should be willing to die, no matter the cause. The end doesn't justify the means.
