A forum is like any organization. It is a group of people that is together due to common interests, and also, like any group, they need laws or rules to survive. I believe that, in order to reach it's true potential, this site must incorporate some Forumwide rules, to ensure that misbehavior doesn't go unpunished.
A couple of rules could be drafted by members and staff and then be collected into one rulebook that ensures proper conduct.

I think the only rule should be NO RULES. Except if you are too much of a disruption, you get banned.

Precisely what Aten79 says.
Asking for chaos is not what this forum needs.
Before Fitey's "re-emergance" this place was a hellhole. People posted at random and gave no thought to where the boards said they should post.
I'll be dammed if we go back to that.
