Help. I think my teacher is a controller. He's starting to act weird one day. He went crazy at the cafeteria saying something like ootmal or oat-mill or otomeel. Later he was talking about yeerks and the invasion.

In the caf? Hmm. Is it a teacher that normally acts strange? Also, how did the kids react? Who reacted like shut up before you reveal us and who acted like whatever? Watch closely and see how the teach acts for the next 4 days or so. If it is a science teacher, try asking a few questions they normally wouldn't answer and see if they answer.

He wouldn't have reacted with those phrases. Even if it was schizophrenia. Very few possibilities for that.. I study physchology when I'm bored.

yeah, the caf. It was lunchtime. He didn't eat anything, though. He just came barging in looking like he was drunk. Most of the popular kids were laughing. Some kids went over. I think they were concerned. Most had a look that was like... . Some of the kids were, like me, had a look like. . I think those were just the kids who read animorphs. And I could swear about one third of the kids were like... , including the principal's daughter. He's not a science teacher. He's my history teacher.

Ask him a history question that you think a Yeerk would know. I can't think of one right now, though...

But wouldn't it make him suspicious if I ask like...when did seerow arrive on the yeerk home world? He might think I know too much and make me one of them.

Very true. Hmmmm... then ask him a question that's easy for humans, but very difficult for Yeerks. Like, "True or false? There are (how ever many continents in the Yeerk home world) continents in the world."

but couldn't the yeerk just look inside the host's brain and extract the answer? Besides, how can there be continents if there aren't even oceans.

I didn't think of that. lol I guess I don't know much about the Yeerk home world. Did your teacher mention anything along the lines of, "These filthy humans..." or "The Sharing..." ?

Ask him a philosophical question. One that you know how he'd normally react to and see if answers differently. Like ask, who are the winners of a war, the strong or the spirited.? If he answers the strong, he's probably controller.

I asked that question. He either knew I was testing him, or he's not a controller. He said "The spirited, of course. "

Maybe he's a rebel trying not to be caught. If he knows you were testing him, that is dangerous. Be careful.
