As of now I can only lift and throw small objects like a plate or a stereo speaker or a dracon beam. That's not very helpful.

Practise makes strength, and trust me, it's very handy. You just need to think of diffrent ways you can use it.

Powers don't have to be really big, even the smallest ability can change things.
