Here's the thing. Imagine that you have awakened a Djinn, a powerful being that can grant your wishes... but a Djinn is not a willing servant. A djinn will seek to twist and warp the words of a wish until it becomes unlike anything the wisher decided to achieve. (Look up the Wishmaster movies. EPIC.) Anyway, the point is, you make a wish, and the next poster tries to screw it up for you.
You can be as careful with your wording as you want in order to prevent it from messing up, but a cunning Djinn can warp even the best worded of wishes. (Bum-bum-BUMMM!)

To start off, here's my wish. I wish that I could transform physically into any creature, real or imaginary, at will and with no limitations as to size or time that I can remain in any one form, and that upon assuming any shape including but not limited to my own body, I shall keep my own sound mind, yet also gain the creature's instincts, powers, and other abilities and have full control at all times over my body, and only by willful initiation of a shift shall I transform, and at no time by accident can I change my shape.
Get past THAT, Djinn. >:3

Okay if I were a Djinn I'd make the loop hole be this: ".... only by willful initiation of a shift shall I transform..." You never specified if it had to be just you who made yourself shift. It could be a Yeerk or someone who persuaded you to therefore it would have been a non accidental transformation.

Aaaah, you do have a point there. I never specified that it couldn't hurt like hell either... or that it couldn't take weeks or months to complete one change. Or kill me in the process.

Really I don't care about the pain. That's about all the Djinn can have fun with on that wish now. xD

loop hole: i shal grant the wish but every time you change shapeyou will split in to and the other half will haunt you and every time you change it will stay w/ u

Hm. Not sure. My wish would be: I could find a specific item of my choosing, defined by me saying "I wish to find ________." I would be protected from any onslaught from others who were seeking the item, and it would be invisible to everyone (but me) until I say "This person may see _________."
