Hey guys, I found this article in the news. I thought it sounded like our friend Tobias.
"Hawk flies into N.Y. apartment building NEW YORK (UPI) -- Animal rescuers in New York said a red-tailed hawk that entered an apartment building through an open third-story window has been released.
Joe Moderski, a resident of the West 80th Street walkup, said he found the hawk in the hallway outside of his fifth-floor apartment when he arrived home at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday. He said it apparently had flown in through a third-floor window and been flying around the hallways, the New York Daily News reported Tuesday.
"I thought I missed a pillow fight in the hallway or something," Moderski said. There were feathers everywhere.
Rita McMahon of the Wild Bird Fund, which rehabilitates wild animals found injured in the city, said the hawk was found to be "in fine fighting shape," the New York Post reported.
McMahon said the bird was released Monday in Central Park.

If it was Tobias, good to hear that he is still in fine fighting shape. If not, then at least a bird didnt get hurt.

If it is Tobias then I smell something fishy. If it is him then obviously something could be going on. Something must of been in that apartment building, I get a feeling that this is not normal hawk behavior. Something must be in there.

A hawk is a very intelligent creature, they actually know not to go inside buildings. Usually birds of prey build nests on top of high buildings like out in the wild but a hawk going inside of a building makes me think of something that may not be good.

But the other thing is that if Tobias did go into that apartment I don't think he would leave behind traces of evidence. Hawk feathers, I don't think he would do that.
