Trust, experience, and most of all whether or not new mods are needed. I am not trying to single you out, theprotector, by saying this, but the latter - the fact that we have plenty of mods - is the reason you have not been chosen. AnnaBee has not been chosen because she makes a lot of ridiculous, off-topic posts.
