Yes, he did.
He created many species. As I have.
But he cannot make any species flawless...Its impossible to make anything have not one flaw.

Not sure of the names or anything. But hes the reason the Andalites are powerful and smart. And while we was battleing Crayak, Crayak destroyed species and in their place, Elimist placed about three new species.
