The ones that can harm your boddy are human ghosts but the ones you want to fear are the spirits demons angles and dragons they can destroy your soul if there strong enought...but most spirits arn't stronger than a 10...unlike me i'm twice that.

Spentaz training is hard they shoot at you with rubber bullets and make you do everything twice as hard you have to jump duck and roll... While geting shot by rubber bullets. You have to crawl under a barbed wire fence with real bullets wizzing over your head! Its hard but i made it with a cut on my chin from a knife fight with a drill instructer.
