I've hated the little chat box thing down there ever sine we had the first one. It is a place for drama and pressure. People are always pressured to respond almost immediately. It also distracts from the forum and actual Yeerk discussion, which is ignored enough as it is. I (tentatively) suggest getting rid of it and I'd like to know what others think about this.

I like it because we can only chat freely not using PM. Because Pming is very hard to do when you trying to talk to people.

it would probably be like trying to make alcohol illegal. its too popular to just take it out. but i agree. it does distract people from actually posting.

I'd like it to remain, too. Sure, there is tenseness, but, that is to be expected anywhere. For the reasons Moka stated, my vote goes towards it remaining.
