A familiar hedgehog makes his way towards us as I hear the sound of distant machinery. "Oh thanks, Shadow, act like I'm not even here." I stick my tongue out at him playfully before addressing him on a more serious note. "So I'm guessing Eggman's on your trail, then?" I stretch my muscles, preparing myself for a fight, stretching my wings as well, they being cramped from being folded for too long.

Moka looked at her 'mom' then at Shadow. "Hey but shadow what you doing here?" She asked again as she walked towards shadow in her true form.

Maddie crouched silently in the tree, watching the people below her. She was alarmed when she noticed Eggman speeding this way.
"Well that's not good," she whispers hoping nobody below heard her. "Well since I'm such a good person, " she thought, I'll warn them.
"Um attention down there!" she yelled, "Eggman's on your tail!
