Any ideas on the plot of this story? Aside from our own Animorphs (who will be replacing those in the books), should we use the characters from the books for NPCs such as Visser Three and Chapman, or should we use our own NPCs?
Should we all meet Elfangor, or another Andalite, or in another way? What would you like?

It would take a long time, but it would be extremely fun. It could be managed, but I suggest we use our own characters rather than the canon ones for the reason you've stated above - it would make us feel as though we are doing something.
