Does this have anything to do with the Resistance?

Today, I saw a red car (I wasn't really paying attention to the car, but I'm sure it was red) with a liscense plate that caught my eye. It read like this:

RT HAWK

RT hawk? Like Red-Tailed Hawk? I found that pretty interesting.

That is an interesting license plate, but it probably doesn't have anything to do with the Animorphs or Resistance.
