This war with the Yeerks. Is it ever going to end? Are we to be stuck fighting them forever until eventually losing our planet and home? Or will we beat them and save everyone, but at a great cost?

That's what I thought.
And I don't think that it was probable that the red tail I saw was Tobias. I'm not sure where the animorphs are right now, but I'm sure they're not very close to my location. The closest I'll reveal is the Appalacian mountains. Not sure if I spelled that right. But I don't think it was Tobias.

Oh, I meant to tell you. The description of Gorox that you told me sounds a lot like a fictional race of aliens from Star Trek, called the Borg. Not that I'm saying they're the same or anything. They're just similar.
They are similar. I noticed that as well. But when we found you humans after such a long time, you were similar to what we had seen. In pictures and other things that we had of you on record.
